Decalcify your pineal gland with alkaline foods

Charge your third eye (pineal gland or epiphysis) by drinking beverages and foods rich in nuts.

Most people have a diet that is not helpful for spiritual growth. Due to low-fed fast food foods, acidified, semi-prepared juices, sugars, we can more easily contact diseases, and spiritual evolution can be slowed down. There are two kinds of foods: acid and alkaline. The differences between them are those between night and day or a healthy pineal gland versus a calcified one.

Your body is built so that the Ph balance is between 7.35-7.45 units. Excess blood acids cause a disorder that leads to diseases and future calcifications of the epiphysis. Whenever you consume something that is incomplete and acidic, your body needs to select nutrients from minerals in an attempt to neutralize acidity.
A high level of spiritual growth through the decay of the pineal gland can be achieved by conserving alkaline foods.

The following list will provide you with food options that will help you in opening the 3rd Eye, thus regaining your spiritual balance.

Once you start consuming alkaline foods, you will improve your mental strength, dreams, patience, innocence, tranquility, happiness, creativity and energy in general.

Note: Green supplements are wonderful in any diet due to chlorophyll and alkalinity.

The foods below are alkaline products. There is a difference between alkaline and acidic products. A citrus, for example, orange, is acidic, but when your body assimilates it, it produces alkaline. So, orange is an alkaline.

This list is a combination of my researches and experiences. There may be other foods you can not find on the list, from simple omissions. The most important thing is that we make a conscious effort to consume as many alkaline products as possible.

Vegetables (alkaline)
- alfalfa, artichokes, asparagus, rice, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, white / red cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chives, chlorella, fodder cabbage, cucumber, dandelion, garlic, leek, lettuce, lentils, peppers, green mustard, okra (Bama), olives, onion, radish pumpkin, rhubarb, Swedish spinach, spirulina, sweet potato, Swiss beets, rape, mackerel, zucchini.

Fruit (acaline)
- apples, apricots, avocados, bananas, blackberries, strawberries, melon, cantaloupe melon, cherry, coconut, currant, grapefruit, strawberries, green pepper, kiwi, lemon, lime, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, pineapples, raisins, raspberries, strawberries, mandarins, cherry tomatoes;

Seeds, Nuts, Grains (Alkaline)
-almonds, buckwheat, chestnuts, kimono, rye, in macadamia, millet, pecan, pumpkin, nuts, sesame

- hot pepper, cinnamon, curry, green, soy

- seaweed, stevia, olive oil

The most damaging products (ACID)
- alcohol, artificial dyes, cakes, pastries, dairy products, white flour, juices, meat, salt, sugar, acidified juices.
